Tools and projects development
To help students and young graduate make the most of their international mobility experience, we have worked on several production, either theoretical or very practical :
- Production of a theoretical framework to provide an overview of research into international mobility, the skills required on the labour market, and the relationship between international mobility and employability ;
- Production of case studies : The case study report analyses the main findings of the interviews and the recommendations made by recruiters to bridge the gap between the skills developed by students and the needs of the labour market.
-
Creation of an interactive game, available in both physical and digital formats, designed to help young students identify and highlight the specific skills they have acquired during their international mobility experience;
The game tools are available below and allow you to print the game for your own use:
- The explanatory manual 👇 available for free download here
- The "challenges" cards 👇 available for free download here
- The "skills" cards 👇 available for free download here
- Practical advice and recommendations will be available to support young people in their post-mobility job search (on CVs, covering letters, job interviews, etc.).
There is more to come, so keep updated !
